The rights granted in the cases are the sixth amendment to be entitled a lawyer and the fifth amendmen which is rights agains self-incrimination. The concerns are wheather trusting a person who has a criminal record.

  2. These amendments give people under arrest more rights, and justice. In many cases people have been arrested and have not been guilty, and these two court cases really fight for the rights of those people.

  3. The right that were granted in the cases Gideon v. Wainwright and Miranda v. Arizona were there was more freedom and rights given to people who have been arrested. people have been arrested and not guilty, the court cases shown above concern those people. it was difficult to announce this because many people had trust issues towards people who have been convicted.

  4. The rights granted in the cases follow up under the 6th amendment in the constitution..these rights gave the prisoners more freedom of everything of speech... it gave them a chance to speak what they needed to .. not easily be thrown into prisn without telling there side of what happened. but this was very difficult for the government to be able to tell who would lie and who told the truth ... trust issues became a major problem

  6. 1. People felt that the case needed to be undoubtely established to send a strong message to the country, mainly the southern states. the biggest difficulty was convincing the judges and keeping it secret.
    2. This gave prisoners the right to a trial and most importantly to not have to incriminate themselves.

  7. The rights that have been granted in these two court cases were the right for people being accused of a crime to be able to be presented with a lawyer even though they are too poor to be able to afford one themselves, so it basically gave them a right to a fair trial.
