    9. um i think it means on how every1 see or thinks whats going to happen idk0_-
    10.katrina was a catagory 5 hurricane and i think it was the same when it hit new orlenas
    11. the superdome is the New Orleans Saints football areana and it was used as a shealter at the time.
    12. they werent b/c they told them to evacuate a day before the hurricane hit new orleans.

    9. It signifies the difference in social, and economic status between the residents of the wards.

    10.It was category 5 the entire time.

    11.It's a football Stadium in New Orleans.

    12.They were semi-prepared because not all of them were ready, but there were a few people who were.

    1. i would say he dedicated it to the ppl of new orleans
    2. I really had nothing to say it made me speechless on how a hurricane destroys ppls lives
    3. FEMA has to do with the federal gov't and they were kind of responsible for it too as the ppl said in teh clip and all they did was send helicopterts in.
    4. A blog is basically some1 speaking their mind like what i am doing right now and ppl probably posted about katrina on saying how they survived it or how horrible it was.

  6. 5.) Ray Nagin was mayor. Governor was Kathleen Blanco.

    6.)August 26th.

    7.)New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin declared a state of emergency Sunday and ordered a mandatory evacuation of the city.

    8.)I feel Spike Lee discussed the evacuation numerous amounts of times to show the importance of getting out of New Orleans and the importance of a Catergory 5 hurricane.

    10)Hurricane Katrina reached level 5 catergory.
    When it hit New Orleans it remained at that level
    11)The SuperDome is a football stadium located in New Orleans, in which people refuged during the hurricane.
    12) New Orlean and its residents residents werent fully prepared for the hurricane, because some people believe to be able to survive the hurrine as they did in previous occasion during Betsy Hurricane, Not all evacuated, believeing this./

  8. 5. The mayor of New Orleand was Ray Nagin, and the Govenrnor of Louisiana was Kathleen Blanco.

    6. Katrina made landfall on August 26, 2005.

    7. The city was told to evacuate 3 days prior to Katrina hitting. The mayor demanded a mandatory evacuation for anyone that was capable of leaving.

    8. Spike Lee wants the viewer to feel that the evacuation was not fully enforced, that more could have been done. I feel this way because he explains that the damage was predicted because of a hurricane simulator, and the fact that the federal government didn't intervene.
